Shipping Policy

Most of our services at Vansdeco are delivered digitally. This Shipping Policy applies to any physical products or materials we may send.

1. Digital Delivery

Strategy documents, copywriting, and course materials are delivered digitally via email within the agreed timeframe. No shipping charges apply to digital deliveries.

2. Physical Products

Where physical products are dispatched, we use trusted couriers. Delivery times and costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. UK Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

4. International Delivery

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at wednesdaystoreworld@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
