At Vansdeco, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellations by You
- More than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund issued within 5–7 business days.
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment: No refund will be issued, but we can reschedule your session at no extra charge.
- No-show: No refund or reschedule will be offered.
2. Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience. We will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wednesdaystoreworld@gmail.com. We will review your concern and offer a revision or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Digital Products
Once a digital product or course has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at wednesdaystoreworld@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
